I near the end of my tenure as Project Lead for the biggest corporate web site design project I’ve ever been a part of. We’re going to hit our date (no small miracle given that it was based on a 5000 hour estimate 6 months ago), but that’s not to say there haven’t been major challenges along the way. Foremost among these has been that of incorporating the vision, desires, feedback, and concerns of all the parties involved.
